The company Kannegiesser Italia S.r.l. (hereinafter the “Company” or “Kannegiesser”), operating in the industry of marketing and installation of machines and systems for laundries, prepared this Code of Ethics to define clearly and comprehensively the values which inspire the Company in reaching its goals. Compliance with it is essential for the proper operation, reliability, reputation and image of the Company, which are fundamental elements for the success and for the current and future development of Kannegiesser.

Accordingly, Kannegiesser operations must comply with the principles established in this
Code of Ethics.

Kannegiesser recognizes the importance of ethical and social responsibility in trading and in corporate business operations, and is committed to respecting the legitimate interests of its stakeholders and of the communities in which it operates.
