eRail’s unique 2-way and 3-way pivot switches feature a special rail section that flexes to allow smooth, continuous transitions. eRail switches are made from carefully selected steel components and hardened pivot points to form a long-lasting, durable product. The glide path features a nonmetallic friction strip that doesn’t require lubrication.

eRail switches are air-powered for precision and move between selected rails via pneumatics. Our unique combination of pneumatics and high-quality components results in a switch that is extremely smooth and amazingly quiet.
